Our practice centers on Kunst des Fechtens (KDF), the “Art of Fencing,” a medieval martial tradition developed by Johannes Liechtenauer in the 1400s. This system, recorded and passed down through the writings of his students, is brought to life today through modern training methods.
Classes include a mix of drills, technical instruction, and study of historical texts, with opportunities for controlled sparring. Designed to accommodate both beginners and experienced practitioners, our training emphasizes skill-building and a supportive learning environment.
Participants must be 16 or older to join, and loaner gear is available for new students to get started. Check out our Classes page to learn more about what we offer and how to join!
